Pay only for the reports your team generates

Pricing That Scales With You

Most environmental software is priced like a CRM. Per-seat charges that punish you for adding a graduate. Onboarding fees that lock in a vendor before the platform has produced a single report. Minimum terms that survive long after the platform stops being useful.

EnviroAutomate is priced differently because the work is different. You pay for the reports your team produces, at a published rate, with no hidden fees. Every module and every price is on this page.

Things you will never pay for

  • No onboarding fee: No setup charge, no implementation invoice; your team can be running live reports on day one

  • No per-seat charges: Your entire team uses the platform on one subscription; adding a graduate, a contractor, or a second office costs nothing extra

  • No data volume limits: Upload all your fieldwork, lab results, and historical data; storage is included

  • No minimum term: Cancel any time, you are charged for actual usage to date, with no break fee

How the subscription works

Every client has a 12-month licence. You choose your commitment:

No minimum spend: Pay the standard rate per report for whatever you produce, billed by the month in arrears. No minimum spend commitment, no discount.

Committed spend: Commit to an estimated annual spend and get two months free. You pay for 10 months but use the platform for all 12. Anything above your commitment is charged at the same discounted rates.

Worked example

A mid-size consultancy expects 100 Stockpile / In-Situ Soil Waste Classification reports and 200 Factual Groundwater Monitoring reports (single event) this year.

At standard rates that is 100 x $180 plus 200 x $120, or $42,000 ex-GST. Commit that spend and get two months free, and they pay for 10 months: $35,000, which is $2,917 per month. Committing saves $7,000, with full flexibility on which modules the team actually runs.

What you get

Every module produces compliant, review-ready documents (Word, Excel, PDF), with results tabulated, exceedances flagged against the applicable guidelines, and interpretive content tagged back to its source data. The AI only ever drafts. Your scientist reviews, edits, and approves before anything leaves the company. The value in every price below is the same: hours of senior formatting and drafting time turned into minutes, without giving up control of the output.

Terms designed for predictability

Monthly subscription invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. True-up invoices are payable within 30 days. We give at least 28 days written notice before any module fee changes. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Payment is by EFT to a nominated Australian bank account.
